Thermal Incinerator UT-3000DP
Thermal Waste Treatment Complex UT-3000DP is modern high-tech equipment compliant with EU environmental safety standards, certified by ISO 14001. It processes various types of waste, including hazardous, biological, medical, veterinary, and food waste.
The thermal treatment technology includes sorting, compaction, shredding, high-temperature decomposition (up to 1300°C), cooling of exhaust gases to environmentally safe levels, and gas purification with minimal anthropogenic impact.
Currently, we operate three units with a total capacity of up to 2250 kg/hour.

“Ecotrom” and “Ecotrom-2”
Mercury Lamp Treatment Unit
Designed for safe disposal of fluorescent and mercury-containing lamps, burners of all types, spent sorbents, mercury-contaminated filter elements and bulk materials. The system separates non-hazardous components such as glass, bases, sorbent, dust, and filtering fabrics containing up to 30% mercury sulfide, including mineralized phosphor residues.
Capacity: up to 1,500 lamps per hour.
Recycling Line for Used Plastic Agrochemical Containers
ALP-Kh-300 Processing Complex
The ALP-Kh-300 processing complex is designed for recycling all types of polymers, particularly containers previously used for plant protection products.
After sorting, the used containers are fed into the processing line, where they are shredded into 25–30 mm fractions, thoroughly washed to remove glue, paint, sand, chemicals, and other contaminants, then dried and packed into big bags. The used water is purified and returned to the cycle. Waste materials (labels, sludge) are thermally destroyed.
As a result of processing, a clean and safe secondary raw material is obtained, which is transferred for further processing and used in the production of new goods. This not only minimizes the amount of hazardous waste but also contributes to environmental protection and the conservation of natural resources.

Petroleum Product Separator SN-P-1 Centrifugal Separator SDT 1-4
Treatment of Industrial and Wastewater
To treat industrial and wastewater, the enterprise utilizes the SN-P-1 petroleum product separator and the SDT 1-4 disc-type turbulent separator.
The SN-P-1 ensures effective separation of petroleum products from water down to regulated levels, while the SDT 1-4 removes mechanical impurities (sand, silt, suspended solids) through turbulent centrifugal separation without the use of filters.
The use of such systems prevents harmful substances from entering natural water bodies, reduces the ecological burden, and promotes sustainable natural resource management.
